INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Purpose and legal basis: The navigation data is necessary to check the correct functioning of the Felis Srl Unipersonale Website, to make it usable for the user. Statistical and marketing purposes are achieved using cookies, including profiling cookies, if it accepted by the user: by default, in fact, only the data strictly necessary from a technical point of view are processed. Closing the cookie banner with the appropriate command (X button) without having selected one of the two options (accept/refuse) entails the refusal of statistical and marketing cookies. Not even viewing the pages without closing the banner is a valid expression of consent to the use of cookies (called scrolling). The processing of your navigation data takes place on the basis of art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. f), of the GDPR; as regards cookies, the treatment is based on the Guidelines of the Guarantor of 10 June 2021 and, more specifically, of the art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. f), of the GDPR for technical cookies and of the art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. a) of the GDPR for other types of cookies.
Processing methods: The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of IT means, with full observance of the principles expressed in EU Reg. n. 2016/679. Data transmission between the user’s device and the Felis Srl Unipersonale Website takes place via SSL protocol. Access to the website is protected by adequate security measures; more specifically, the changes are made only by a user authenticated by user name and password, while access by third parties is prohibited by the Wordfence plugin, which protects the site with a firewall and warns the administrator of attempted access by unauthorized users, blocking illegitimate attempts for 4 hours (considering any attempted access following 5 failed accesses as illegitimate). Data backup is carried out weekly through Aruba SpA hosting.
Data communication: Your navigation data is communicated exclusively to the third parties indicated in the cookie information, to which reference is made, for the purposes indicated therein, only if you have given your consent for the relative type of cookie. The privacy policies of the third parties can be consulted at the links that you will find in the list of cookies in paragraph 6 of the cookie policy. In no case will your personal data be disclosed. A transfer of the data processed by us abroad is not foreseen. With your consent to the use of statistical or marketing cookies, some third parties may also transfer data outside the European Union, in countries where the standard of protection of your data may not provide adequate guarantees. The site is hosted by Aruba SpA, with data centers located in Italy, in Ponte San Pietro (BG).
Rights of the interested party: You have the right to ask the Data Controller to exhibit and copy your personal data (right of access), their correction and integration (right of rectification), their cancellation, limitation of treatment and opposition to the same. You can receive your personal data and transmit them to another Data Controller or obtain direct transmission (called portability). Limited to treatments that are based on the legal basis of consent, the latter, once given, can be revoked at any time (see next paragraph). The exercise of your rights can be limited only in the cases provided for by the GDPR and by the Code regarding the protection of personal data (legislative decree n. 196/2003).

You have the right to contact the Guarantor for the protection of personal data by proposing a complaint to complain about violations of the rules for the protection of personal data.
Data retention period: Your browsing data is not stored. The navigation data used by the cookies are stored according to what is described in more detail in the cookie information, to which reference is made. Please note that the preferences for consent to the use of cookies can be changed at any time, using the appropriate icon always present at the bottom right of the navigation page, or by ticking the selected cookies in the list in paragraph 7.1 of the information cookies.
