Purpose and legal basis:<\/span><\/strong> The navigation data is necessary to check the correct functioning of the Felis Srl Unipersonale Website, to make it usable for the user. Statistical and marketing purposes are achieved using cookies, including profiling cookies, if it accepted by the user: by default, in fact, only the data strictly necessary from a technical point of view are processed. Processing methods:<\/span><\/strong> The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of IT means, with full observance of the principles expressed in EU Reg. n. 2016\/679. Data transmission between the user\u2019s device and the Felis Srl Unipersonale Website takes place via SSL protocol. Access to the website is protected by adequate security measures; more specifically, the changes are made only by a user authenticated by user name and password, while access by third parties is prohibited by the Wordfence plugin, which protects the site with a firewall and warns the administrator of attempted access by unauthorized users, blocking illegitimate attempts for 4 hours (considering any attempted access following 5 failed accesses as illegitimate). Data backup is carried out weekly through Aruba SpA hosting.<\/span><\/p>

Data communication:<\/span><\/strong> Your navigation data is communicated exclusively to the third parties indicated in the cookie information, to which reference is made, for the purposes indicated therein, only if you have given your consent for the relative type of cookie. The privacy policies of the third parties can be consulted at the links that you will find in the list of cookies in paragraph 6 of the cookie policy. In no case will your personal data be disclosed. A transfer of the data processed by us abroad is not foreseen. With your consent to the use of statistical or marketing cookies, some third parties may also transfer data outside the European Union, in countries where the standard of protection of your data may not provide adequate guarantees. The site is hosted by Aruba SpA, with data centers located in Italy, in Ponte San Pietro (BG).<\/span><\/p>
